We strive for an excellent experience. If unsatisfied, here's our policy:
Full refund (14 days)
- Request full refund within 14 days of payment
- No questions, no complications
- Contact via contact with invoice number
After 14 days
- Annual subscription: partial refund (pro-rated for remaining months)
- Monthly subscription: no refund, but we won't renew next month
Standalone pack purchases
- 14-day full refund
- After: no refund (because lifetime)
